Video Conferencing Appointments

Starting at $45 for 30-minute sessions, $70 for 50-minute sessions

A flagship of writing-based consultation, these one-on-one appointments offer the most interactive and collaborative type of session. Sessions are writer-led and focused. We work on whatever you feel is most important, whether that means grammar, genre adherence, or extended brainstorming. 30-minute sessions are suitable for short pieces of writing such as a press release, schoolwork of 500 words or less, or resumes. 50-minute sessions are suitable for lengthier pieces of writing such as manuscripts, schoolwork of more than 500 words, or cover letters/personal statements.

Following the appointment you will receive a short summary of the session and any next steps discussed.

Email Appointments

Starting at $60

A more flexible alternative to videoconferencing appointments, this session type is better suited for global feedback, as well as organizational and formatting support. Best for pieces that are 3-pages or 750 words in length max. This is a great option for personal statements or college application essays.

Along with annotated markup, you also receive a short summary narrative describing challenges and successes found in the document.

Ongoing Guidance Appointments

Starting at $195 for a minimum of three sessions (sessions can be a combination of email and one-on-one, whatever works best for writer)

Best suited for expansive writing projects or ongoing workshopping, such as college essays/assignments that require multiple drafts, or cover letters that need to be modified for multiple job applications.

While I stand 100% behind my expertise, skillset, and strategies, I want to acknowledge that reception of written work is subjective. What someone views as good writing, might not be so for someone else. I am an active and invested collaborator on your writing, but I do not write original content for you. The writing we work on is yours and I do not make any guarantee of acceptance into a college, a specific grade, or employment hiring.
